Cooking in various styles has always been a passion of chef and owner Derk Heeringa. Combining different culinary styles from Asia and Europe is what keeps cooking interesting. "Cooking never gets old, you are never done learning" according to Derk. He has been a chef for over eight years and still executes his job with love and passion, every day.

"Every country has a wide variety of different dishes. This is one of the reasons I choose to work with a different menu every week; to keep developing myself by trying and cooking new dishes. Classic wines from France, but also unexpected wines from Moldavia, for example. Recently, we started working with Actifood, to serve biological vegetables. We always cook according to the season."
